Dear Food Truck Owner,

We’re excited to host Food Truck Nights and other events throughout the year. We couldn’t do it without your great food and support!

We are taking applications for trucks interested in joining our lineup. If you’d like to be considered, please fill out the application below. Once you’re approved, we’ll send you a link to complete your registration.  At registration, you will be required to sign and submit our food truck license agreement.

Stansbury Days 2025 will be August 14-16th and is always a hit with food trucks.  Trucks registered with the agency are given priority for spots.

If you’ve already attended an event with us and are trying to pay you event fees, please click here or on the button on the bottom of the page.  Thank you!

Participation Details:

• You can register for a single, specific event. Or you can register for an entire season. Please note that trucks that are signed up for the entire season will be given priority for event participation.
• To sign up for events, we require a $50 deposit per event.
• To sign up for the season, we require a $100 deposit. This will also cover any events outside of Food Truck Nights that you participate in.
• Both deposits are 100% refundable as long as all terms of the agreement are upheld.
• A 10% fee of your gross sales will be charged.
• At the end of each event, you will be required to provide a screenshot/photo of your closeout along with payment.
• We accept payment via Venmo (@Stansburyserviceagency) or credit card through our website.
