How it works

Get your permit in 2 steps

  1. Download, print and fill out the registration form

    Download the Boat & Electric Motor Registration form below, print it, fill it in, and sign it.

  2. Bring it in person

    Bring your signed form along with payment to receive your permit and sticker. Residents pay $5 per motor and $5 per boat or paddle board; non-residents pay $10 per motor and $10 per boat or paddle board.
