Village Boulevard Sewer Line Phase 2 Upgrade Project

The Stansbury Park Improvement District (SPID) began the Village Boulevard Sewer Line Phase 2 upgrade project on August 24. The expected completion date is October 15, 2026, or earlier. This project begins at Lanyard Lane and extends east to Sandhill Way.

During construction, Village Boulevard and some side streets will experience temporary closures and partial lane closures, with traffic being redirected to one side of the road. This will cause delays, so residents are encouraged to consider alternate routes to avoid congestion. Construction hours are generally Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Work on weekends is not anticipated but may happen occasionally. Portable electronic traffic lights will be used to direct traffic for the duration of the project. The contractor has submitted a traffic control plan, which has been approved by the Tooele County Road Department.

For details, please visit stansburywater.gov to view the Construction Plan and Traffic Control Plan, which are available on the SPID website. On the main page, scroll down to PUBLIC NOTICES. Click on the top left-hand box titled "August 24, 2026, Village Blvd. Sewer Upgrade Project."

If you have any questions regarding this project, please call SPID at 435-882-7922.
