Food Truck Vendor Application – Stansbury Service Agency

Thank you for your interest in participating in our Food Truck Nights and other community events throughout the year. We value the variety, quality, and creativity our food vendors bring to each event.

To maintain a diverse lineup and avoid duplication of menu items, all food trucks are required to complete the application below for review. Applications are evaluated based on menu offerings, availability, and event needs.

If your truck is selected, you will receive an official invitation link to complete registration and submit your event deposit. Registration is not finalized until the license agreement is signed and payment is received.

Priority Events
Stansbury Days 2025 will take place August 14–16 and is one of our largest and most well-attended events. Vendors who are registered with the agency and participate throughout the season are given priority placement.

Participation & Fee Information

Registration Options

• Vendors may register for a single event or for the full season.

• Full-season participants receive priority scheduling for events.

Deposits

• $50 deposit per individual event

• $100 deposit for full-season participation (includes additional agency events outside of Food Truck Nights)

• Deposits are 100% refundable provided all terms of the agreement are met.

Event Fee

• A 10% fee of gross sales will be collected at each event.

• At the conclusion of each event, vendors must submit a screenshot/photo of their sales closeout along with payment.

Important Submission Notice

Please do not submit multiple forms for the same request or event. Once your form has been successfully submitted, it has been received by our team.

Submitting duplicate forms may delay processing and review. If you need to make changes or have questions about your submission, please contact the Stansbury Service Agency directly rather than submitting a new form.
