30 minutes total — 25 minutes of instructional time + 5 minutes of transition time

💳 Refund Policy: Lessons will be refundable up to 7 days before the start of the session. A $5 processing fee will be assessed.

Sessions & Pricing

8 days per session, Monday–Thursday, 30 minutes per lesson.

Residents$30 / person
Non-Residents$40 / person
Water Safety Day

One day per session focuses on water safety. Attendance is strongly encouraged — students must demonstrate safety knowledge before advancing.

Assessment & Parents

The last day is assessment day. Parents may enter the pool deck on this day only. Students are not advanced until instructors are confident they are ready.

Choosing a Level

Enroll at or below your child's skill level. Pre-School requires age 3+, Level 1+ requires age 5+. Ask an instructor if unsure.

Swim Level Requirements

Students should be placed in the appropriate level based on their abilities. They must complete one level and receive their certificate (or demonstrate level requirements) before entering the next.

Pre-School
Ages 3–5

First introduction to water and basic safety through games and songs.

Class Limit: 10
Level 1
Intro to Water Skills
Ages 5+

Building comfort in water — floating, basic arm and leg movements, water safety rules.

Class Limit: 10
Level 2
Fundamental Aquatic Skills

Treading water, rolling front to back, glides, and basic combined strokes.

Class Limit: 10
Level 3
Stroke Development

Deep water entry, survival float, diving, rotary breathing, front and back crawl.

Class Limit: 10
Level 4
Stroke Improvement

Dives, open turns, and all major strokes — crawl, breaststroke, butterfly, backstroke, sidestroke.

Class Limit: 10
Level 5
Stroke Refinement

Refines all strokes, adds flip turns, surface dives, and survival swimming.

Class Limit: 10
Level 6
Skill Proficiency

Power and endurance over distance. Prepares for advanced courses.
