PARK & GREENSPACE RULES

• Parks are open from Dawn to Dusk each day.
• All pets must always be on a leash. Pet owners are responsible for the clean-up of pet droppings.
• Fires, camping, golfing, and fireworks are prohibited.
• Barbecues and/or open-flame cooking are allowed only in designated areas.
• Loud, lewd, illegal, and/or nuisance activities are prohibited.
• No gasoline-powered vehicles or equipment are allowed on the grass.
• No littering. Garbage must be placed in designated receptacles or hauled off.
• Smoking and/or the consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
• No commercial or business activity is allowed except as authorized by Stansbury Service Agency.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• $100.00 cleaning and damage deposit is required prior to reservation date.
• After booking, please complete the rental agreement and either email it to Julie Smith or bring it to the office. Your reservation is not complete until the rental agreement has been received.
• The gazebo can be rented for either a half-day or a full day. Half-day rentals are available from 8 am to 2 pm or from 3 pm to 9 pm, while full-day rentals are from 8 am to 9 pm. Please note that all parks are closed for use from dusk to dawn.
• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve the requested date. Refunds are not issued for cancellations due to inclement weather.

*Please note that since the gazebo is located outside and accessible to the public, its condition may not always be pristine.*

GAZEBO HOURS
The gazebo is available for rental every day from dawn until dusk, with options for both half-day and full-day rentals.

SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT
Smoking is prohibited in all Stansbury Service Agency facilities, including the Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Lake, and all Parks and Greenbelts.
