The yard sale will take place in the parking lot of 1 Country Club Drive and will include a variety of items for sale. October 11, 2025. 8 am – 12 pm.
These items can include, but are not limited to, home décor, office and school supplies, tools, machinery, vehicles, security technology, and more!
The Agency is opening 20 spots for members of the public to pre-register to bring their own yard sale to the lot. There are 20 spots only, and it is first-come, first-served (must pre-register; last-minute arrivals will not be accepted).
Registered patrons will be provided with an 18 x 20-foot plot in which to set up their “yard” for sale. The cost of registering is $5 per plot; anything after that is yours to profit! Please, no dangerous or hazardous waste (paint, oil, cleaning products, chemicals, etc.).
You can complete your payment using one of the following methods:
- In-Person: Visit us to pay in cash or with a credit card at the office.
- Card Payment: Please fill out the form on this page to submit a payment by card.
- Venmo: Send your payment via Venmo @stansburyserviceagency. Please include the description: “name”YardFEE”.
