Parade Date & TimeStansbury Service Agency welcomes you to the annual Stansbury Days celebration! Please review the following important information regarding parade participation.
All entries must check in at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (5899 Bayshore Dr.) starting at 8:30 am and proceed to their assigned staging location. Entries must be in place by 10 am.
Vehicle unloading and participant pick-up will be around the Millpond Amphitheatre.
The parade begins at 5899 Bayshore Dr.
Entry Compliance: The Stansbury Service Agency and parade officials reserve the right to reject any entry that does not comply with parade rules, poses safety risks, or fails to maintain proper spacing.
Parade Entry Details: The primary contact will receive an email with staging details, a route map, lineup information, and a parade number. The number must be visible to announcers—either placed on the front of the entry or carried by a walker.
Liability Agreement: By submitting an application, participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Stansbury Service Agency, its officials, officers, employees, contractors, and volunteers from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from their participation.
Registration Deadline: Entry forms must be submitted by August 9th. Please review all parade rules and regulations.
