Event Revenue Payment – 10% Fee Submission

This page is for submitting your required 10% of gross sales from a completed Stansbury Service Agency event.

As outlined in the Food Truck Vendor Agreement, vendors must remit 10% of total gross sales for each event participated in.

Please submit your payment promptly following the conclusion of the event.

How to Submit Your 10% Event Fee

1. Calculate 10% of your total gross sales from the event.
2. Upload a clear screenshot or photo of your end-of-day sales closeout report.
3. Submit your payment using one of the approved methods below.

Timely submission of both payment and sales documentation is required to remain in good standing and eligible for future events.

Important – Deposit Payments

This page is not intended for standard deposit payments.

Deposit payments may only be submitted here if you have been directly instructed to do so by the Stansbury Service Agency, such as in cases where a deposit balance is owed due to missed-day fees.

If you believe you owe a deposit balance:

• You must contact the Stansbury Service Agency in advance.
• Deposit payments require prior approval before submission.
• Payments submitted without communication may be delayed or returned.
